Terms of Service

Last updated 30 July 2026

These terms govern use of the Maerose platform, provided by Virtus Nemeton Ltd (“Maerose”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17181232), registered office 24 Dymchurch Avenue, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 1BB. By creating a Maerose account you agree to these terms.

What Maerose provides

Maerose is a managed booking, operations and website platform for independent aesthetics and wellness practitioners. We build and host a practitioner’s branded website and booking system; the practitioner remains solely responsible for the treatments, training and services they deliver, and for holding all qualifications, insurance and regulatory approvals their profession requires.

Subscription and pricing

  • Standard pricing is £499 + VAT per month, or £4,990 + VAT billed annually (12 months for the price of 10), including priority support.
  • VAT is added at checkout based on your billing details.
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month; annual subscriptions are billed in advance each year. You can cancel from your billing settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, prices, policies and imagery you provide, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must have the right to use any content you upload. Nothing your account publishes goes live until you have reviewed and confirmed it in Maerose Studio.

Client bookings

Bookings made through your Maerose site are between you and your client. Maerose provides the booking mechanism, deposit tracking and communication tools, but is not a party to the appointment itself and is not responsible for the treatment provided, professional advice given, or any dispute between you and a client.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Maerose to:

  • Publish false, misleading, or unsubstantiated medical or treatment claims
  • Collect or process client data beyond what a booking reasonably requires
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Google and third-party integrations

If you connect your Google account, Maerose sends booking-related emails and syncs calendar events on your behalf, using only the access you explicitly grant. You can disconnect this access at any time from your workspace settings or your Google account permissions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Maerose available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms or the platform’s features from time to time; material changes will be communicated to active accounts.

Liability

Maerose is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maerose is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or misuses the platform, with notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
